Eligibility

Returns must be requested within 14 calendar days:
• From the purchase date for in-store transactions
• From the delivery date for online orders - A proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation email or store receipt) is required for all returns.

Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, unstained, and in perfect condition, with all original tags attached.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

At this time, we are unable to accommodate returns on international orders.

Garin reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Refunds & Exchanges

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment, less a $10.50 return shipping fee.

Exchanges are not processed directly. To receive a different item, please place a new order.
How to Return

Please contact us via email at manager@garinshop.com with your name, order number, and the item(s) you wish to return.

Once your request is approved, we will send you a prepaid UPS shipping label to print and attach to your package.

Pack your item(s) securely and be sure to include a copy of your order confirmation email inside the package.

Drop the package off at your local UPS store.
